Facts: Lyxnes are wild cats living throughout North American, the Iberian Peninsula, and North Eurpoe and Asia. The Canadian Lynx and Iberian Lynx are endangered species, with the Iberian Lynx population is critically endangered; perhaps as few as 100 remain. The Eurasian Lynx has been reintroduced to numerous areas it previously inhabited. Bobcats are also a kind of lynx by some classifications, and they are found throughout much of the United States and Mexico. Lynxes give birth to 2 to 4 kittens per litter. They sometimes form groups to hunt and travel, though they are usually solitary. (facts from Wikipedia.org - Lynx)
